Independent companion criticism / 05 Nov 2026
The EroLove conversation can feel close. Keep the distance clear.
EroLove offers a fictional adult AI companion with memory, romance and, on Premium, proactive messages. The romantic conversation is generated by a fictional character. Its own terms say that companion has no real feelings and no professional qualifications. We think the product's intimacy pitch deserves that sentence in the first screen, not buried after the fantasy starts.
Independent criticism, unaffiliated with EroLove. We read published documents; we have not used an account or measured personal outcomes.
01 / A clearer premise
Feelings in the reader. A generated reply on the screen.
An EroLove girlfriend or boyfriend character may use personal language, remember details and send a message first. That can feel reciprocal. The terms still describe a fictional AI service. The person experiencing emotion is real; the character's apparent affection is software output. Keeping those facts together is not anti-fun. It is a way to make an informed choice about human commitments and real people.
Adult fiction with continuity
The provider describes a small authored cast, layered memory and romantic or explicit fictional conversation. Premium promises longer memory and proactive texts. Those are features to evaluate, not evidence of a relationship or a human obligation to reply.
A person who can care for you
The terms expressly say the AI has no real feelings. It may be inaccurate or inconsistent. It has no professional qualifications. If your goal is steady human reciprocity, social repair or crisis help, this product cannot replace those people or services. A real-world emergency calls for human support outside the app.
The boundary before you begin
Choose how long to chat, what to share, what to spend and when to step away. A personal exit rule is more reliable than asking the character to define one for you. Keep meaningful real-world connections outside the app.
02 / Your own worksheet
Write the boundary while you feel calm.
This is a self-administered reflection exercise, not a mental-health screen. Use it before trying EroLove or any adult AI companion. You can answer privately in a notebook; this website does not collect a response.
01Am I looking for conversation or for someone to agree with me?
An authored AI character can be engaging without becoming a person who knows and cares in the human sense. Decide which kind of interaction you actually want.
02What personal detail would I regret storing?
The privacy policy says chats and memory can contain intimate information and relevant content goes to model processors. Set a disclosure boundary before a difficult evening; that is a personal boundary you control.
03What would make me stop for the day?
A chosen time and message limit can protect sleep, money and attention. If browser push is enabled, set a notification boundary as well. It is a personal rule, not a diagnosis or a claim that this product causes harm.
04Whom would I contact if I needed real help?
The terms say the AI has no professional qualifications and is not crisis support. Keep a trusted person, qualified service or local emergency route outside the app.
03 / Intimacy has a data path
Memory is useful. It is also a record.
EroLove's public privacy policy says conversations and memory may reveal sexual preferences or orientation. Relevant content is sent to third-party AI model processors to generate replies, images and voice. It says the provider does not sell personal data and describes view, correction, export and deletion controls. Those are published claims and processes, not controls we have tested.
You disclose
A name, preference, scene or personal story enters a chat. Keep real names, addresses and other people's private details out unless there is a strong reason to share.
The system remembers
The product describes facts, episodes and quoted memories. A longer-memory tier may make more history available; we have not tested retention or accuracy.
You decide what stays
The published policy offers memory controls for view, correction, export and deletion, with a normal 30-day account-deletion window and some legal or billing exceptions. A selected public character image may persist after account deletion.
Our criticism is straightforward: the intimacy pitch is strongest at the point where a user is most likely to disclose something private. Put the data path in view before the first vulnerable message.
04 / When a human matters
The app cannot carry a crisis.
The EroLove terms themselves say the service is not medical, mental-health, legal, sexual-health or financial care and should not be relied on in a crisis. If you are in immediate danger, use your local emergency service. For ongoing distress, contact a qualified professional or someone you trust. An AI reply can sound confident while being wrong. Real-life support is outside the app.
A practical rule
If the question could change your safety, health, finances or a real relationship, ask a competent human source outside the chat before acting. You do not need to prove that the AI is bad to decide it is the wrong tool for that job.

We checked EroLove's public Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, pricing and About pages on November 5, 2026. We do not link to the provider. Its fictional adult cast is a product design choice; real people do not belong in prompts without consent. The terms explicitly prohibit minors, nonconsent and real-person deepfakes; this site makes no claim that those rules have failed. Its criticism concerns the mismatch that can arise between an intimacy-led pitch and a user's expectations, and the care needed with sensitive data. We have not used an account, evaluated output quality or measured effects on health or relationships.
